Notice of change of ownership of RusHydro shares

PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces sale of its shares owned by PJSC RAO ES East, member of RusHydro Group, in total amount of 4,233 ordinary shares (or 0.000001% of its current share capital). PJSC RAO ES East share in the Company's charter capital decreased from 0,011386% % to 0,011385% %.
