Notice of change of ownership of RusHydro shares

PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces sale of its shares owned by PJSC RAO ES East, member of RusHydro Group, in total amount of 12,391 ordinary shares (or 0.000003% of its current share capital). PJSC RAO ES East share in the Company's charter capital decreased from 0.011385% % to 0.011382% %.
