Notification of Change in Shareholding in PJSC TransContainer

PJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company") (TRCN) was notified that Halimeda International Limited has sold its 3,482,969 shares in TransContainer, representing 25.07% of the issued capital of the Company on 23 October 2018. The Company was also notified that on the date VTB Bank (PAO) has acquired 3,450,867 shares in TransContainer, representing 24.84% of the issued capital.
