This is in continuation of our letter of even no. dated 20th April, 2009.

This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 12th June, 2009 to consider, inter-alia, the Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ended on 31st March, 2009 and also to consider recommendation of final dividend for the year 2008-09, if any, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
