POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT

Mytrah, the India-based renewable focused Independent Power Producer, announces that the 2015 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held at Frances House, Sir William Place, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4EU, Channel Islands on Thursday 6 August 2015 at 12.00 noon.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 31 December 2014 will be posted to shareholders on 29 June 2015 and will be available on the Company's website www.mytrah.com from that date.
