Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

The Directors of Impax announce that copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2012 including notice of the Company's AGM have been sent to shareholders.

An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts, Circular and Notice of AGM will be available shortly from the Company's website www.impaxam.com.

The Company's AGM will be held at the Company's offices, Norfolk House, 31 St James's Square, London, SW1Y 4JR at 11.00am on 13 February 2013.
