Notice of AGM and publication of Annual Report
London, 5 June 2015 - Globo plc (LSE-AIM:GBO), the international provider of Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), mobile solutions and software as a service (SaaS), has today published its Annual Report for 2014, ahead of its Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is to be held on Monday, 29 June 2015.
The AGM will take place on Monday 29 June 2015 at 10.00am at the offices of Royal Bank of Canada Capital Markets at Thames Court, One Queenhithe, London, EC4V 4DE.
