Mytrah, the India-based renewable focused Independent Power Producer, announces that the 2016 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held at Ground Floor, Dorey Court, Admiral Park, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 2HT, Channel Islands on Wednesday 15 June 2016 at 12.00 noon.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 31 December 2015 will be posted to shareholders on 11 May 2016 and will be available on the Company's website - www.mytrah.com - from that date.

The Final Results for the year to 31 December 2015 were released to the Market on 3 March 2016.
