Change of Accounting Reference Date
Viridas has changed its accounting reference date to 31 December. Accordingly the next results to be reported by Viridas will be statutory accounts for the 10 month period ending 31 December 2008.
The change in accounting reference date is made in order to accommodate the reporting requirements of its Brasilian subsidiary.
