Net Asset Value - Dividend Investment Scheme

The Board of Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC (the Company) has announced previously that the net asset value (NAV) per share of the Company as at 31 March 2015 was 97.31p and that a final dividend of 2.9p per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2014 would be paid on 5 June 2015 to Shareholders on the register at close of business on 8 May 2015. Furthermore, in respect of Shareholders who had, by no later than 22 May 2015, elected to participate in the Dividend Investment Scheme (DIS), the Company will use the amount paid in respect of this dividend to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares to be issued at a price equivalent to the latest announced NAV per share.

The Board confirms that, following the payment of the above dividend, the effective NAV per share of the Company is 94.41p and that this will be the price used in the calculation of the number of new Ordinary Shares to be allotted under the DIS, the issue of which will be confirmed in a separate announcement in due course.
