Unaudited net asset value per share at 31 January 2012
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that its unaudited diluted net asset value ("NAV") per share as at 31 January 2012, calculated on a cum-income basis, was 1925p.
The interim dividend in relation to the year ending 31 March 2012 of 11.7p per share was paid on 5 January 2012 to shareholders registered on 9 December 2011.
