Completed acquisition by Scooby Bidco Limited, trading through its subsidiary VetPartners Limited, of Goddard Holdco Limited

Acceptance of Undertakings in Lieu of Reference

The CMA has accepted undertakings in lieu of reference to Phase 2 given by VetPartners Limited under section 73 of the Enterprise Act 2002. The merger between Scooby Bidco Limited, trading through its subsidiary VetPartners Limited, of Goddard Holdco Limited will therefore not be referred to Phase 2 and the undertakings which have been signed by VetPartners Limited will come into effect from this date.
