The OFT has today accepted hold separate undertakings given by Origin Enterprises Plc and Masstock Arable (UK) Limited (Masstock) under section 71 of the Enterprise Act 2002. The undertakings are without prejudice to OFT's ongoing investigation into the completed acquisition by Masstock of CSC Crop Protection Limited.
The text of these undertakings will be placed on the Office of Fair Trading's website at www.oft.gov.uk as soon as is reasonably practicable.
