Loan Facilities

The Company announces that it has entered into an unsecured loan facility agreement for £5 million for a three-year term at a fixed rate of 2.78% with The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited ("RBSI"). This replaces the Company's existing £5 million unsecured loan facility with RBSI which matures today and has been fully drawn down in the Income portfolio.

The Company has also entered into a three-year unsecured revolving credit facility ("RCF") with RBSI for £5 million which replaces the Company's existing £5 million RCF with RBSI which matures today.

The Company has entered into these facilities for the purpose of pursuing its investment objective and are on substantially the same commercial terms as those that are being replaced.
