Sondex PLC15 December 2005 Sondex plc ("the Company") Listing Application Pursuant to the announcement made by the Company on 14 December 2005 relating tothe acquisition of Applied Electronic Systems Inc. ("AES") application has beenmade to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of775,662 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares")and issued as part consideration for the acquisition of AES, to be admitted tothe Official List and to the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). Admission ofthe New Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 29 December 2005.
