Letter to Board of Lekoil Limited

Lekoil Nigeria Limited, the oil and gas exploration and production company with a focus on Nigeria and West Africa, in which Lekoil Limited (AIM: LEK) has a 40% equity interest, has been requested by the signatories of a letter, sent to the Board of Lekoil Limited on 29th October 2021, to publish the letter on their behalf.
The letter, which appears at the link below, sets out a number of concerns regarding the intentions of the Board of Lekoil plc which, if correct, would be to the detriment of shareholders.
The directors of Lekoil Nigeria have informed the Board of Lekoil Nigeria that, unless a satisfactory response is received immediately, they will initiate requisite steps to enforce the interests of all minority shareholders.
All of the signatories are shareholders in Lekoil Limited.
