Member of Company Supervisory Committee requests Leave of Absence

On 23 September 2014, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that the Company had received a notice from Mr. Carlos A. P. Di Candia, a member of the Supervisory Committee, requesting a leave of absence from his position from 2 October 2014 up to and including 23 October 2014, automatically reassuming his position on 24 October 2014.

Mr. Di Candia will be replaced by Mr. Miguel Angel Mazzei, alternate member of the Supervisory Committee, pursuant to the Argentine Business Associations Law, the Bylaws of the Company and the decision adopted at the General Annual Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 29 April 2014.
