Issue of Shares
The Company has today issued 1,169,591 ordinary shares to creditors in lieu of fees for services performed for the Company. Application will be made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM which is expected to occur on 3 June 2009.
Following this issue, the Company currently has 132,818,276 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p in issue.
