Octopus Titan VCT2 plc 22 January 2008 Issue of Equity The Directors of Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc are pleased to announce an allotment on21 January 2008 of 268,252 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") at aprice of 100 pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 2 November2007. 5,275 ordinary shares were issued and allotted to John Hustler, who is anon-executive director and Chairman of Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc. The Ordinary Shares will be admitted to the Official List of the UK ListingAuthority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listedsecurities and dealings are expected to commence on 24 January 2008.
