ALLOTMENT OF EQUITY SHARES UNDER ESOP - AXIS BANK
We are pleased to inform that the Committee of Directors of the Bank has today made the allotment of 70,990 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Bank, under ESOP.
The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 35,88,93,960 equity shares from 35,88,22,970 equity shares.
