Issue of Equity

 

The Company confirms that following the receipt of a notice of exercise of employee options, it has today issued 12,500 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares") (the "New Ordinary Shares").

 

Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 17 March 2016.

 

Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue will increase to 27,368,671. For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the issued ordinary share capital of the Company following this allotment consists of 27,368,671 Ordinary Shares with voting rights attached (one vote per Ordinary Share). There are no shares held in treasury. This total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, Tracsis under the DTRs.
