ALLOTMENT OF EQUITY SHARES UNDER ESOP - AXIS BANK
We are pleased to inform that the Committee of Directors of the Bank has today made allotment of 84,318 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Bank, under ESOP.
The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased from 41,42,90,946 equity shares to 41,45,26,594 equity shares as on 17th September, 2012.
Further, please note that the Bank had allotted total 77,102 equity shares during the month of July, 2012 and 74,228 equity shares during the month of August, 2012.
