Northern 2 VCT PLC07 December 2007 NORTHERN 2 VCT PLC (the "Company") Issue of Shares 7 DECEMBER 2007 The Company announces that on 7 December 2007 it allotted 98,742 ordinary sharesof 5p each to shareholders who agreed to subscribe for shares under the terms ofthe Company's Dividend Investment Scheme. The subscription price was 89.1p pershare. Following the above allotment, there are 47,360,886 ordinary shares inissue.
