ALLOTMENT OF EQUITY SHARES UNDER ESOP - AXIS BANK

We are pleased to inform that the Committee of Directors of the Bank have allotted 4,390 equity shares on 10th December, 2008, of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Bank, under ESOP. 

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 35,89,75,929 equity shares from 35,89,71,539 equity shares. 

Further, the Bank had allotted total 81,969 equity shares during quarter October, 2008 to December, 2008 as under :

53,029 equity shares on 11th October, 2008 

24,550 equity shares on 12th November, 2008 

4,390 equity shares on 10th December, 2008
