The Company announces that on 19 March 2008 it allotted and issued 2,484,905 new S Ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 100.00p.
Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 36,047,146 Ordinary Shares and 3,749,840 S Ordinary Shares.
