Calyx Group PLC30 June 2006 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 30th June 2006 Calyx Group plc ("Calyx") Issue of Equity Calyx, the largest single-source provider of information and communicationtechnology ("ICT") network solutions throughout Ireland, today announces that183,206 new ordinary shares of Euro 0.10 each (the "New Ordinary Shares") havebeen issued and allotted to the vendors of ITS Technology Services Ltd, pursuantto the acquisition agreement, as announced on 25 October 2005, and theachievement of certain performance milestones in the period to March 2006.
