NetDimensions (Holdings) Limited21 September 2007 NetDimensions (Holdings) Ltd ("the Company") 21 September 2007 Issue of Equity The Company has issued and allotted, subject to admission, 133,000 new ordinaryshares of U$0.001 each (the "New Ordinary Shares") under the NetDimensions ShareOption Plan. The New Ordinary Shares will rank equally with the existing ordinary shares ofthe Company. Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to beadmitted to AIM. Trading in the New Ordinary Shares is expected to commence onAIM on 27 September 2007 ("Admission"). Following Admission the total number ofordinary shares in issue will be 24,863,576.
