CEPS PLC04 July 2005 CEPS PLC Issue of Equity CEPS PLC (the "Company") announces that, further to the issue to allshareholders of warrants to subscribe for further ordinary shares at a price of2p per ordinary share in the Company as described in the circular toshareholders dated 26 March 2004, certain shareholders have exercised warrants. Consequently, application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for theadmission of the further ordinary shares issued pursuant to the exercisedwarrants, numbering 23,712, to trading on AIM. This represents 0.013 per cent.of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. As a result, the ConcertParty (as described in the circular to shareholders dated 26 March 2004) holds49.69 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
