Due 2nd August 2010 with a pay date 2nd August 2005, the deal pays acoupon of 3 month Euribor +10bp and has an issue price of 99.863. Joint leadmanagers are Barclays and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Co-managers areDanske Bank DZ Bank and LBBW. The deal will be listed in London.
