Portman Building Society14 November 2005 Portman Building Society have issued a GBP 2.5m FRN, rated A2/A by Moody's/Fitch. Due 9th November 2011 with a pay date 15th November 2005, the deal paysa coupon of 3 month LIBOR +2.5bp and has an issue price of 99.9211.
