Investment Manager Shareholding

Vietnam Infrastructure Limited (the "Company") has today been notified that on 24 May 2016, Mr. Tony Hsun, a Managing Director of VinaCapital Investment Management Ltd., the investment manager of the Company, sold 250,000 ordinary shares of USD0.01 each in the Company's private equity share class ("VNI Ordinary Shares") at an average price of USD0.1798 per VNI Ordinary Share.

Mr. Hsun has decided to sell his VNI shares due to the fact that they were originally purchased through a broker based in the United States, and as a result, he is unable to participate in any distribution of proceeds.

As a result of this transaction, Mr. Hsun no longer has a direct or indirect interest in VNI.
