Livermore announces that on 29 July 2009 it was notified that Bristol Investment Group S.A. holds an interest in 28,429,426, shares in the Company, representing 9.74 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Bristol Investment Group S.A. acquired the additional 2,500,000 shares on 29 July 2009 at an average price of £0.175.
