Increased holdings in Atlas Estates Ltd. to 22.1%

 

 

Livermore today announces that it has increased its shareholding in Atlas Estates Ltd. ("Atlas"), by the purchase of 360,000 ordinary shares in Atlas at an average price of approximately GBP 2.25 per share. The total consideration for this investment is approximately GBP 0.8m in cash. Following this market purchase Livermore is interested in a total of 9,939,345 ordinary shares in Atlas representing approximately 22.1% of Atlas’s issued share capital.

 

 

Atlas is an AIM-quoted real estate investment and development company. Atlas's strategy is to build a high yielding investment portfolio and generate additional capital gain through development projects, with a focus on residential development. Its activities are focused in Central and Eastern Europe, excluding Russia and other former Soviet Union countries. Its current assets are located in PolandHungarySlovakia and Romania
