Included in this figure are:- (i) 2,783,886 shares held in unit trusts operated and managed by an affiliatedcompany, Schroder Unit Trusts Limited (SUTL), and registered or to be registeredin the name of Chase Nominees Limited; (ii) 6,881,761 shares neither registered nor to be registered in the name ofSchroder Nominees.
