iSoft Group PLC04 July 2006 A notification from HSBC Bank plc dated 3 July 2006 in relation to section 202(4) of the Companies Act 1985 (the "Act") has been received by iSOFT Group plc("the Company"). As at close of business on 30 June 2006, of the interest in theCompany previously disclosed by HSBC Bank plc, 9,008,715 shares constitutedinterests under Section 208(5) of the Act. HSBC Holdings plc as HSBC Bank plc's parent company was also interested, byvirtue of Section 203 of the Act, in all of the above mentioned shares.
