TMN Group plc announces that James Morris sold 250,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 17 January 2007 at a price per Ordinary Share of 85.5p. Following this disposal James Morris holds 1,817,375 Ordinary Shares representing 3.65 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
