TMN Group plc announces that it has received notification that as at 08 February 2007 Barclays PLC (through the legal entities Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd and Gerrard Ltd) held control over the exercise of voting rights attached to 3,964,314 Ordinary Shares of 0.01p each in the Company, representing approximately 7.97% of the issued ordinary share capital.
