The Company was informed by Asset Value Investors Limited on 9 July 2009 that following a disposal of shares on 7 July 2009, that Asset Value Investors Limited now holds, in aggregate across all funds under its management, a notifiable interest in 155,581,625 ordinary shares, with a voting interest in 148,897,868 ordinary shares representing 17.93% of the Company's issued share capital.
