Further to the Company's recent announcement of a decrease in its issued share capital to 86,830,192 Ordinary Shares, the Company announces that it received the following notifications on 26 November 2008 in compliance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Schroders plc

Schroders plc is interested in 15,206,591 Ordinary Shares representing 17.59% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Schroder Investment Management Limited is interested in 14,435,303 of the voting rights of these Ordinary Shares representing 16.62% of the issued share capital of the Company. The shares are held in portfolios managed on a discretionary basis for clients under investment management agreements.

BlackRock, Inc.

Blackrock, Inc. is interested in a total of 3,502,080 Ordinary Shares representing 4.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.

BlackRock Global Funds (formerly Merrill Lynch International Investment Funds) is interested in 1,124,134 of the voting rights of these Ordinary Shares representing 1.29% of the issued share capital of the Company.
