Holdings in Company
Coal of Africa Limited (the "Company") was notified on 9 September 2013 by The Capital Group Companies, Inc. ("Capital") that, as at 5 September 2013, Capital held 54,454,118 ordinary shares of nil par value each in the Company, representing 5.19 per cent of the Company's issued share capital at that date.
