Significant shareholdings

The Company has been notified that MacMillan Trading, a company owned by the Company's senior managers German Kaplun and Alexander Morgulchik ("MacMillan"), has now transferred for nil consideration 2,120,616 TMT Shares to German Kaplun, and 2,008,384 TMT Shares to Alexander Morgulchik. Following these transfers, MacMillan no longer holds any TMT Shares.

Following these transfers, the senior managers' interest in the Company is as follows:

Following the transfers, each of Artyom Inyutin, German Kaplun and Alexander Morgulchik (together with their respective immediate families) now own 3,401,646 TMT Shares, representing 12.26% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, and collectively they own 10,204,938 TMT Shares (representing 36.78% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital), which is unchanged from the date preceding the relevant share transfers.
