The Company was today notified that, following a purchase on 5 November 2009 of 400,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares"), Mr E.M.P. Farrant has a direct holding in 3,000,000 Shares.  Together with a further 5,000,000 Shares held by Farrant Estates Limited, in which Mr Farrant has a beneficial interest, Mr Farrant is now beneficially interested in 8,000,000 Shares, representing approximately 4.21% of the Company's issued shares.
