The Company has today received a notification from Credit Suisse Group AG stating that, following market trades made on 3rd July 2012, Credit Suisse Group AG has an interest in and is the registered holder of 124,088,861 ordinary shares which represents 5.24% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 2,369,605,049 ordinary shares.
