Wynnstay Group plc ("Wynnstay" or the "Company") announces that on 5 July 2011 it received notification that, following the transfer on 4 July 2011 of 221,579 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to nominee companies owned by Investec Wealth & Investment Limited, client holdings registered in the name of nominee companies owned by Investec Wealth & Investment Limited now have an indirect interest in 754,518 Ordinary Shares representing 4.55% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company.
