The Company received notice from UBS Global Asset Management - Traditional on 27th February 2008 in compliance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules that it currently holds 4,044,646 Ordinary Shares which represents 3.93% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The shares are registered in the name of UBS Global Asset Management Life Limited. The shares are held by proxy on behalf of a number of asset management clients.
