Plethora Solutions Holdings PLC ("Plethora" or the "Company", AIM : PLE), the specialist developer of products for the treatment and management of urological disorders, was notified on 23 December 2008 that Invesco Limited is now interested in 3,350,056 ordinary shares, representing approximately 10.8% per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital, and in addition that Invesco English & International Trust is now interested in 1,222,951 ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.9% per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
