On 9 January 2014, the Company received notification that, as of 7 January 2014, UBS Investment Bank held directly a beneficial interest in 108,597,200 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 4.99% of the total voting rights attached to the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, and did not hold a notifiable interest in equity swaps.
