Disclosure of Material Interest in Shares

Gable received notification today that, as a result of the purchase of 1,050,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Shares") at 7 pence per Share on 11 June 2009, Helium Special Situations Fund is now interested in 23,615,000 Shares, representing 21.05 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
