Nyota Minerals Limited (ASX/AIM: NYO), the gold exploration and development company in East Africa, received a Form 604 from Centamin Holdings Limited ("Centamin") on 26 February 2014, stating that Centamin sold 11,000,000 ordinary shares in Nyota on 25 February 2014 at a price of 0.5 pence per share.
Following this disposal of shares Centamin now holds 100,000,000 ordinary shares in Nyota representing 11.4% of the Company's issued share capital.
A copy of the form, filed directly with the Australian Stock Exchange and announced to the Australian market this morning, is attached below.
