The Company received notice on 24 August 2009 from Artemis Investment Management Limited, in fulfilment of the obligations imposed by the Financial Services Authority in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5, that it and certain of its investment clients now hold voting rights in respect of shares representing 4.91% of the issued share capital of the Company.
